Every time... and I mean every time I've called HBE with a question whether it is with the Herkimer or Newport offices, I get polite, courteous, real conversations with fantastic representatives. The calls always end with me feeling that I got the answers I was looking for and that I dealt with people I trust to do business with again and again. Thank you, HBE!

Your Herkimer office DID NOT reach out to me as soon as you received notice. I called your Herkimer office looking for an explanation and was told they would call me back after the spoke to Madison Mutual. They did call me back but I did not return their phone call. At that point the damage was done and I was already moving on from it. And yes you are correct. Your job is to explain those decisions and assist with other coverage options which you did not do. Hence my rating. No need to speak directly or do anything further. You can delete my information from your computer. I have coverage through another company at a fraction of the cost and almost twice the coverage…..
